Meg's Smile Foundation Presents:

Makela’s Adaptive Chair

Makaela is a seventeen-year-old girl from Bullock, NC. She is treated at Duke Children’s Hospital for Cerebral Palsy along with a number of related neurologic conditions. She recently had a trach installed, is on oxygen, and has a grim prognosis.

Makaela’s family requested an adaptive chair for her. This would allow her to get out and experience things like a walk in the park with her family. We were happy to provide this to Makaela and her family and hope they can get out and experience life in an easier fashion.

Your support allows us to do these kinds of things for Makaela and her family – thank you!
